How can I know the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation including the transaction details, then you will receive a second email with your shipment tracking number. Sometimes the confirmation ends up in your spam box, so be sure to take a look if you haven't received it in your inbox. I did not receive a confirmation email following my order, is this normal?

Normally, you should receive the confirmation email as soon as your payment is accepted, but in rare cases it may take a few hours before you receive it. If you have not received it after 24 hours and you have checked your spam box, please contact us at

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

It is possible to modify an order if it has not yet been shipped. Note that if it has been more than a day, there will be a good chance that we will no longer be able to do this. The sooner you contact us, the better it will be. Write to us at

What are the preparation/delivery times?

Orders are prepared and shipped within one to two business days. In the event that there is a longer delay than expected, we will inform you by email. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location, service chosen and traffic for the time of year, but typically takes 1-3 business days.

How much does the delivery cost?

Standard delivery in the province of Quebec is set at $10 and $19 for the rest of Canada.

For other delivery options, the calculation is done during checkout and varies depending on the weight/dimensions of your package and your location. 

Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more before taxes.

Is it possible to collect my order to avoid paying shipping costs?

Yes! You will be able to choose the pickup option at checkout. When your order is ready, we will notify you of pickup information. At that time, it will be important to contact us by email at or through our Facebook/Instagram pages, in order to plan the day and time.
