Not satisfied with your purchase? Is an item in your order defective or damaged? Email us at within 30 days of receiving your order. You will then be informed of the instructions to follow for the return or exchange in question. 

We handle each case personally to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, please be aware that to be eligible for return or exchange, the item must not have been used and must be in its original condition. 

Discounted items, room misters and candles are final sales and are therefore non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong return address. It is your responsibility to properly package the item to be returned. We advise you to take a photo of the box before shipping it.
