Maintenance and Usage Tips
- We recommend trimming the charred wicks from your candle before relighting it. The flames will be lower and give off less heat, so your candle will burn longer and cleaner. In addition, it will prevent the pot from blackening.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish before the wax is completely liquid to prevent the wicks from leaning to one side and heating the wall of the container.
- Place the candle away from direct sunlight (heat and sunlight can change the chemical composition of the oils and fragrances contained in candles, thus deteriorating the quality).
- Take care to extinguish the candle before leaving the room and allow the wax to cool before relighting or moving it.
